Homes 4 Let

Homes4let is a social letting agency which has been working in partnership with Poole and Bournemouth councils since October 2002. The project currently manages over 250 properties for landlords both large and small and provides a service which is professional, cost effective and ethical.

Homes4let assists landlords by finding suitable referenced tenants which have been referred by the respective local councils housing advice teams. Homes4let will provide a full management service with additional benefits such as a dedicated housing benefit officer, fast tenant referral, access to landlord incentive grants and free membership to the NLA and much more!

Homes 4 Let is an ethical lettings agency based in the bournemouth and Poole area of Dorset. Homes 4 Let work in partnership with the local councils of Poole and Bournemouth and in conjunction with the National Landlords Association.
